AlertBot

Terms and Conditions

Effective September 1, 2026

Program description

AlertBot is an automated notification service that monitors user-selected public webpages and sends alerts about detected changes, availability signals, monitoring failures, recoveries, and occasional delivery tests.

Enrollment and consent

Messages are sent only to recipients who expressly request enrollment and provide the mobile number to be enrolled. Consent applies only to AlertBot service notifications and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies because notifications are event-driven. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's terms and charges remain your responsibility.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message and no further AlertBot texts unless you enroll again. Reply HELP for assistance, or email dan.vellon@gmail.com.

Delivery and availability

AlertBot is provided on a best-effort basis. Notifications may be delayed, duplicated, unavailable, filtered, or inaccurate because of network conditions, carrier filtering, website changes, third-party services, or software failures. AlertBot does not guarantee that a notification will arrive before tickets or other items become unavailable.

Independent service

AlertBot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any monitored website, event organizer, ticket seller, venue, or other third party. AlertBot does not reserve or purchase tickets and does not guarantee availability, pricing, admission, or the accuracy of third-party content.

Acceptable use

You may not use AlertBot to send unwanted messages, violate another person's privacy, interfere with third-party services, or engage in unlawful activity.

Privacy

AlertBot's handling of personal information and messaging consent is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and termination

AlertBot may change or discontinue the service or these terms. A recipient may terminate text-message participation at any time by replying STOP.
